For order or access issues, write from the email address used during Payhip checkout whenever possible.

What to include

Include your Payhip order number, purchase email, product name, device and browser, and a short description or screenshot of the problem.

Do not send your Payhip password, full payment card details, Bunny links, or other sensitive credentials by email.

Before contacting support

Open the login link in your Payhip receipt and sign in with the account created during checkout.

Check spam and promotions folders for the Payhip receipt, confirm the purchase email is correct, then try a current browser and stable internet connection.

If a lesson plays incorrectly, include the course and lesson title so the streaming issue can be investigated.

Response and third-party services

Support will make reasonable efforts to investigate valid orders and access problems. Some payment, account, or player issues may require coordination with Payhip, the payment provider, or the streaming provider.

No response time is guaranteed, but access and duplicate-charge issues are prioritized.
