This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the public site, purchase through Payhip, stream a course, or contact support. Visiting the site or buying a course does not give BJD Artist Academy access to your social media accounts.

BJD Artist Academy handles information sent directly to its support email and business records reasonably needed to support valid orders.
Cloudflare hosts the public website. Payhip provides checkout, customer accounts, enrollment, and course access. Payment providers process payments. Bunny.net provides private video streaming. Each provider also processes information under its own privacy notice.
The public site does not ask for payment card details and does not operate its own account system.
Payhip may collect name, email, account credentials, order details, payment information, tax location, and other checkout data needed to process a purchase and provide course access.
Cloudflare and the streaming provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser, device, request time, security signals, playback requests, and service logs.
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, Payhip order email and number, product, device information, screenshots, and any details you choose to include.
Information is used to process orders, provide student access, stream purchased lessons, troubleshoot accounts and playback, review refunds, protect the courses from misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on performing the purchase contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent where consent is required.
Information is shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary for hosting, security, checkout, payment, student access, streaming, support, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
These providers may process data in countries different from your own and may use contractual or other lawful safeguards according to their own policies.
We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use the public site to collect payment-card data.
The public marketing site does not intentionally set advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies in the current implementation.
Cloudflare Pages may provide aggregate website analytics at the hosting layer to measure visits and performance. BJD Artist Academy does not use this information for behavioral advertising, and the public site does not receive checkout payment details.
Cloudflare may use necessary security and delivery technology. Payhip, payment providers, and the streaming player may use their own cookies, local storage, or account sessions after you use their services. Their notices and controls apply there.
Order and support records may be retained as reasonably needed for course access, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, refund and dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Service-provider retention periods are controlled by those providers. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding information we control, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Send a request to bjdacademy@gmail.com. Identity or order-email verification may be required. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Payhip account and payment-provider requests may need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
The site is not directed to children under 13. A buyer below the age of legal majority should use the service only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Reasonable measures are used to reduce unnecessary public exposure, including keeping payment and account handling with Payhip and keeping video hosting credentials out of public website code. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
This policy may be updated when the site, course platform, streaming provider, or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain posted here.
