BJD Artist Academy sells digital courses delivered automatically through Payhip.
This is a digital course delivered automatically through Payhip. After payment, Payhip sends the course access link to the email address used during checkout.
The course materials are hosted in Google Drive. No physical product will be shipped.
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered.
If you purchased by mistake or cannot access the course materials, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the issue.
If the Payhip access email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot find it, contact support with your Payhip order email and order number so the purchase can be reviewed.
Email hello@your-domain.com with your Payhip order email, Payhip order number, purchased product, and a short description of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
