These terms explain how students may purchase, access, and use BJD Artist Academy courses.

By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Refund Policy.
You must have legal capacity to make the purchase. A buyer below the age of legal majority must have a parent or guardian approve and complete the purchase.
BJD Artist Academy sells pre-recorded digital courses. It does not provide live teaching, individual mentoring, a community, certification, physical materials, or guaranteed business results unless a future product page expressly states otherwise.
Payment is completed through Payhip. Students create or use a personal Payhip account to access purchased courses. Course videos stream through a third-party video player embedded inside the private course area.
Course videos and other course content are provided for private online viewing only. No downloadable course materials are currently included.
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless Payhip checkout states otherwise. Payhip may calculate taxes and display available payment methods based on the transaction and buyer location.
An order is complete only after successful payment and Payhip confirmation. Buyers are responsible for providing a working email address and accurate checkout information.
A completed purchase grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the purchased course for personal learning.
Students may display, photograph, commission, or sell their own original finished doll artwork created using learned skills. This does not permit copying, teaching, translating, or reselling the course content itself.
Course videos, lesson text, curriculum graphics, images, and lesson organization remain protected intellectual property of their respective owner.
Access is for the purchaser only. You may not share login credentials, allow another person to use the account, resell access, or transfer enrollment without written approval.
You may not capture, scrape, download, record, mirror, redistribute, publicly upload, translate and republish, adapt, repackage, or use any course content to build or teach a competing course.
You may not bypass the player, access controls, domain restrictions, security features, copyright notices, branding, or watermarks. No technical measure can guarantee that piracy is impossible.
Access depends on Payhip, the streaming provider, internet connectivity, browsers, and other third-party services. Temporary interruptions, maintenance, security changes, or provider changes may occur.
Perpetual uninterrupted access, permanent platform availability, and future updates are not promised unless expressly stated on the product page at purchase.
Courses may be corrected, reorganized, or moved between providers when reasonably necessary, while reasonable efforts will be made to preserve valid purchased access and the core course value.
The courses provide educational demonstrations. No specific artistic result, income, sales level, commission volume, or professional opportunity is guaranteed.
Students are responsible for materials, ventilation, protective equipment, manufacturer instructions, and safe handling of sprays, pigments, solvents, adhesives, blades, sanding tools, and other supplies.
Material violation of these terms, including account sharing, scraping, recording, public upload, or resale, may lead to access suspension or revocation after reasonable review.
A refund, charge reversal, or canceled order may result in course access being withdrawn and the personal learning license ending.
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, BJD Artist Academy is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, unsafe working practices, misuse of materials, or third-party outages outside reasonable control.
